James R. Pennacchia

About me

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be an attorney. As a young person growing up in Charlotte, I could never imagine becoming anything else. I believe that at the core of my desire to become an attorney was a more basic desire to help people. This innate propensity to serve others has guided me throughout my entire life and is the very reason why I do what I do. Being a driving force in assisting others achieve results they either want or need has become my “why” in life.

My clients will find that my advocacy and representation will always be loyal, fierce and direct. My clients will also find that creating a comfortable and trusting environment is a cornerstone of my practice. Where there is trust, optimism and openness, great results can be achieved.
