Adam S. Hocutt
When I take on a case, I treat your issue as if it’s my own. Whether it’s a business dispute, insurance claim, or litigation matter, I strive to demonstrate personal care and attention to detail that goes unmatched by other lawyers. In an effort to provide the highest level of legal representation to all clients, I am selective about the cases I take and structure my practice to focus on quality service rather than having a large quantity of clients. Because I manage my caseload carefully, my clients receive a timely response when they contact me and other lawyers know that I am prepared to take any matter all the way through trial if necessary.
I enjoy serving as the “go-to” counsel for many businesses as well as individuals and always seek to provide representation that is both practical and efficient. One of the most rewarding parts of my practice involves serving as a Superior Court Mediator to help parties and their legal counsel obtain resolutions to complicated and emotional disputes.
You won’t see me on a television commercial or billboard. My business comes from client referrals, and that’s the way I like it.
