David M. McCleary
Dealing with a divorce or a family separation can be one of the most difficult experiences a person or family may go through. For this reason, I seek to add value by helping people through these difficult times with as little added stress as necessary. Unfortunately, not every divorce can be amicable, and when it is not possible to deal with a case outside of the courtroom, my litigation and trial experiences have given me the skills required to successfully navigate any case through our court system. I work hard to avoid contentious and difficult situations, but opposing attorneys know that if my cases end up in a courtroom, I will be ready for trial and fight hard to get the best possible results for my clients.
