I have practiced law since 1986 and have primarily focused on family law for over 35 of those years. I have helped people with everything related to family law, including equitable distribution (dividing property), child custody, child support, alimony and alienation of affections. Family law attorneys see clients at one of the worst times in their lives where they need someone they can trust and rely on to navigate them through very stressful and difficult times. I strive to help you resolve your problems, not create them for you, and my many years of experience have shown me that most cases can and should be settled without litigation. However, I am prepared to go forward with litigation if it is necessary. I’m married and a father, so I know how important family issues are, and I’m sensitive to my clients’ personal situations. I give my clients the personal attention their situation needs because I know the final outcome of these situations affects the rest of their lives.
